What is food poisoning?
Food poisoning is any illness caused by consumption of contaminated food or drink.
Reported that there were 6624 cases of food poisoning in 2003 (incidence rate of 26.44/100, 000 population).
What causes food poisoning?
Cause of food poisoning:
Bacteria or toxins (toxins) of bacteria and viruses
Chemicals such as pesticides and herbicides
Heavy metals such as copper, mercury and lead
Plants and poisonous marine products such as fungi, mushrooms and shellfish sea products such as shellfish
What are the signs and symptoms of food poisoning?
Signs and symptoms of food poisoning depend on:

How to avoid food poisoning:
Always maintain a clean
Wash hands thoroughly before touching food
Wash your hands after going to the toilet
Wash the surface thoroughly dining or food preparation and equipment used to prepare food
Make sure the kitchen area free from insects and animals such as rats and other animals
Always ripped raw and the cooked:
Separate the chicken meat and raw seafood and cooked
Use separate knives and cutting boards for preparing different foods that have not been cooked
Keep cooked and raw in different containers to avoid cross contamination
Always cook with the perfect
Cooking with tracing software, especially meat, poultry, eggs and seafood
Heat food or excess food properly
Always keep food at proper temperatures
Do not leave food at room temperature for more than 4 hours
